This Privacy Notice explains how we collect, use and disclose your personal information when you use the “EveryCollege Service” to access “EveryCollege Content” as those terms are defined in the EveryCollege Terms of Use (EveryCollege.com/terms). It also explains your privacy rights and how you can exercise them. We collect the following categories of personal information about you:

• Personal Information: When you create your EveryCollege account, we collect your contact information (such as your email address) and login authentication information (such as your password). Depending on how you later set up your account and payment method, and what features you use, we also collect one or more of the following: first and last name, phone number, mailing address, and other identifiers you provide to us. If you subscribe to a membership plan with advertisements, we also collect your gender and date of birth.
• Payment Information: We collect your payment information and other information to process payments, including payment history, billing address, and gift cards you have redeemed.
• EveryCollege profile/account information: We collect information related to your EveryCollege account or profiles on your account (such as profile name and icon, EveryCollege game alias, ratings and feedback you provide on EveryCollege content), “My List” (title viewing list), “Continue Viewing” information, account or profile settings, and choices regarding your use of the EveryCollege service.
• Usage Information: We collect information about your interaction with the EveryCollege service (including playback events, such as play, pause, etc. ), options you have selected when interacting with interactive titles, game activity on EveryCollege (such as gameplay, game usage and interaction information, and saved game and progress information), EveryCollege game and viewing history, search queries on the EveryCollege service, and other information about usage and interactions with the EveryCollege service (such as app clicks, text entered, time and duration of access, and access to the camera or photos to scan a QR code and use similar functionality).
• Advertising Information: If you subscribe to a membership plan with ads, we collect information about the ads on EveryCollege (“Ads” as defined in the EveryCollege Terms of Use) that you see or interact with, device information (such as reconfigurable device identifiers), IP addresses, and information provided by advertising agencies (such as information about your likely interests that they collected or inferred based on your visits to other websites or apps). We use this information to display Ads on the EveryCollege service (including behavioral advertisements according to your preferences).
